I create films that pose psychological and philosophical questions, inviting the audience into a space of discomfort, reflection, and transformation. My goal is to challenge viewers to step outside of who they think they are — to consider choices they’ve never faced, moral boundaries they’ve never crossed, and to ask themselves: What would I do? My work often presents intense, suspenseful scenarios designed to pull the audience out of their everyday mindset and place them inside a moral or emotional dilemma. Through these stories, I aim to activate something deeper in the viewer — not just empathy, but introspection and a confrontation with their own values.
What draws me to this kind of storytelling is the opportunity to guide people past the surface of entertainment and into the realm of self-examination. I’m fascinated by the internal landscape — the psychology behind decision-making, the spiritual or philosophical consequences of action, and the push-and-pull between self-interest and a greater cause. I want the audience to feel a sense of purpose, even discomfort, when watching my work — as if they’re being ushered toward something larger than themselves, forced to make ethical leaps alongside the characters.
My creative process begins with a logline — a sentence that captures the heart of the film — and the ending already in mind. From there, I write outward, discovering the rest of the story through character development. I place a strong emphasis on ethos, pathos, and logos in my screenwriting: emotional resonance, logical structure, and moral grounding. My films are not just experiences — they are arguments, layered with intention. I try to lead the audience to question something fundamental by the end.
I tend to write at night, when the world quiets down and my concentration deepens. I often wear a specific ring during these hours — a small ritual that connects me to the seriousness and spirit of filmmaking. I find this focused time lets me listen more closely to what the story wants to become.
One of my biggest influences is director Christopher Nolan. I admire the way he breaks traditional narrative forms and pushes audiences to think with the film, not just watch it. His ability to balance structure, intellect, and emotional tension inspires me to build stories that are not just engaging but challenging — pieces that make the viewer work a little, reflect a lot, and remember what they’ve seen.
From a young age, I’ve been a philosophical thinker and a close observer of people. That tendency has shaped how I collect information, build characters, and tell stories. The devil is in the details — and that’s where I like to live.
Currently, I’m working on a series of short films that combine suspenseful buildup with emotional stakes. I’m also exploring how comedy can act as a tool of release — a momentary breath in an otherwise tense world — to make the intensity more impactful. These films are the foundation of a broader vision: work that makes people feel, think, and confront who they really are.
